Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions below.  Failure to read the terms and conditions, whether intentional or otherwise will not under any circumstances be a reason to consider the said terms and conditions void or altered.  When making a purchase, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions set forth. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, and Money orders (Only U.S. postal money orders are accepted).  Any refunds will be credited on your next order.

All orders must be paid in full, before shipment.  

Prices listed do NOT include shipping. For exact shipping costs, please email your zip code for UPS/FedEx delivery or nearest major airport for pickup at your Southwest Airlines cargo hub. Please also include species and quantities being purchased. We can ship to your closest FedEx Ship Center for you to pickup immediately. This will save your shipment from going out in a delivery truck and is always recommended, especially if temperatures are to the extreme. You will need identification to do this. We cannot be held responsible for shipping costs incurred when upholding our guarantee. Shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer and is a non-refundable expense. 

A signature will be required for all shipments. Please be home to accept delivery or make alternative arrangements. Time of arrival will sometimes vary. Signature from an adult is mandatory. If a minor signs for your shipment, this will render our guarantee void. You must be home to receive your shipment on the first attempt to deliver or all guarantees are void.

Live arrival is guaranteed unless caused by carrier delays or mishandling.  All animals are shipped in insulated boxes containing heat packs or cool packs, if necessary, to appropriately fit the welfare of the reptile in transit.  Temperatures must be between 40F and 90F during entire transit for live arrival guarantee.

Any issues of any kind must be reported within one hour of delivery. If a issue occurs, please allow us the chance to rectify the situation.  You must report in detail the exact issue with your order via email and phone within the allotted time. The animal, whether dead or alive, must be returned promptly on request.  We do not cover vet bills as our vet will treat the animal when they arrive back to us.  Any deviation from these terms will render the guarantee null and void.  Video of specific issue or DOA will be required by photo within the one hour timeframe by email and text.

Please be aware of local, state, federal or your countries wildlife laws and regulations prior to your order.  We will NOT knowingly send a shipment in violation of any local, state, federal or international regulations.

Stock is not considered sold until payment is received and is generally shipped within 48 hours or less, on receipt of payment.

No sales to, or for anyone under the age of 18.  All turtles and tortoises sold under 4 inches are for export, educational, research, exhibition or zoological purposes only.  They are not sold as pets.

NO REFUNDS! Store credit is the only option. 

If you order and pay for an animal that requires a permit you must email copy of permit for me to complete shipping. If you do not have a permit and your state requires one, there will no refunds on payment. Store credit will be given for 90 days before it expires.

All animals are sold in apparent good health and outwardly look healthy.  This refers to conditions that are clearly visible to the eye at the time the animal is packed for shipping.  We are not responsible if any animal purchased from us bites, stings, injures, sickens, maims, etc any individual or animal.

Slight variations from the descriptions listed on our website are possible including minor differences in size or age may exist between descriptions and the delivered animals. Very rarely some turtles or tortoises may have additional or irregular scute(s). This is no way unhealthy or causes any ill effects. If this is still a concern for you, please notify us and we will do our best to make you aware of any but can not guarantee it. Photos displayed on our website may or may not be the exact animal that you purchase.  We will not provide refund or replacement based on any minor variations.

All animals left in our care for 30 days or more without a signed written contract from us will be considered abandoned and no refund or credit of any type will be issued.
